How Bundles Work

Buy once, book as you go.

  1. Purchase your bundle
    Pick a bundle above, check out securely on Square. You’ll get a confirmation email right away with the receipt.
  2. Credits load to your account
    Square automatically adds your credits to your customer profile. No promo codes, no tracking spreadsheet. Credits expire after a set number of weeks from purchase — redeem them while they’re warm.
  3. Book & redeem
    Book your 1-on-1 sessions as normal. We apply your credit after the session is done and checked out. You’ll get a $0.00 receipt and your remaining credit balance updates automatically.

Heads up: bundles require an active subscription to redeem (Producer / Producer Pro / Artist). Please note credits expire after a certain # of weeks. Questions? DM PURARI in Discord or post in #help-desk — we reply within 24 hours.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Do I need a subscription to book a 1-on-1 or bundle?

Yes. 1-on-1 sessions and bundles are only available to active Producer, Producer Pro, or Artist members. The subscription gets you into the academy — the community, the feedback channels, the accountability, and the ability to book sessions. The 1-on-1 is where the deep work happens on top of all that.

Courses are the exception — those are self-paced and can be purchased without a subscription (though we strongly recommend subscribing to get full Discord access and feedback).

How does the 1-on-1 booking priority work?

Each week’s schedule opens up 1 week in advance. For example, Tuesday’s schedule opens the previous Tuesday.

Artist members can book 1 week in advance. Producer Pro members can book starting Friday. Producer members can book starting Sunday. In quieter weeks, everyone usually gets their preferred slot — only in busy weeks do higher tiers get first pick.

How do bundle credits actually work?

Bundles use Square’s native Packages system. When you purchase, Square automatically loads your credits to your customer profile (6 credits for Artist Pro, 4 for Kickstart, 3 for Deep-Dive / Mix & Master / Social Media) — no promo codes, no spreadsheet, no manual tracking.

Book your sessions as normal. After each session, we apply one credit at checkout and you’ll get a $0.00 receipt. Your remaining balance updates in your Square profile automatically.

Credits expire 4–8 weeks from purchase depending on the bundle (Artist Pro is 8 weeks). The clock starts on purchase date, not first session — so plan to book them in. If something genuinely unexpected comes up, DM PURARI and we’ll work with you.

Can I mix bundle credits across different mentors?

Artist Kickstart and Artist Pro bundles are with PURARI. The Single Track Deep-Dive and Mix & Master bundles are also with PURARI. The Social Media bundle is with LUSSO.

What if I need to reschedule?

Reschedule or cancel up to 6 hours before your session using the link in your Square confirmation email — no fees, no drama. You can also DM the mentor in Discord to find a new time.

Cancellations inside 6 hours aren’t allowed via the Square link — the slot is held for you. If you no-show or cancel last minute, a 50% no-show fee applies (or one session credit is forfeited if you’re on a bundle). We get that life happens occasionally — reach out in Discord and we’ll use judgment.

Refunds on bundles?

All unused bundle credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase — full refund, no questions asked. Once you’ve redeemed any session in the bundle, the bundle is considered activated and isn’t cash-refundable.

That said — we’re flexible. Unused credits can be rolled over into a different bundle, transferred to another mentor, or converted to pay-per-session credit at the single-session rate. Just DM PURARI in Discord and we’ll sort it.
